This certification granted to EoZen’s French and Belgian centres is a genuine sign of the acknowledgement of the company’s ability to provide SAP support services meeting the requirements and quality standards imposed by SAP.

SUPPORTING SOLUTIONS IN SAP’S PLACE

EoZen, an SAP distributor and integrator, offers its customers a comprehensive range of services related to the sale of licences and maintenance for the SAP All-in-one and SAP BusinessObjects solutions.

Within the framework of the Partner Centre Of Expertise (PCoE) global programme designed to choose partners geared up to support solutions on behalf of SAP, EoZen is now SAP Support Maintenance Centre (SMC) certified, following an audit period lasting several months aimed at quantifying its organisation, processes and tools. It is now entitled to offer customers all of the services included in the “Standard” and “Enterprise” Support contracts for the SAP All-in-one and SAP Business Objects solutions.

EoZen is already a Gold Partner, and after fourteen years of collaboration and unique expertise concerning the SAP solutions (ECC, CRM, SRM, NW, BW, Portal, Mobility, etc.), this certification bears witness to EoZen’s commitment and its complete proficiency with regard to the ecosystem, solutions and related technologies.

The EoZen SAP Support and Maintenance Centres are today comprised of 25 SAP technical and functional experts providing Level 1 and 2 support operations (Level 3 is provided by SAP), in addition to providing Corrective and Upgradable services and Third-Party Maintenance Operations services. There are EoZen CSM teams working in France and Belgium.
