You are excited as a SAP HCM professional to become a member of our fine SAP SCM consulting team and you cooperate actively in strengthen it and prepare it for future challenges. You operate together with colleagues from other expertise teams. You are a natural coach and mentor, ready to share your knowledge. You are a natural people-person with a great attitude. You combine good business skills with an optimistic attitude, excellent people skills and a no-nonsense approach.

You have a good technical knowledge within HCM Modules and you play up a proven track-record in SAP HCM Consultancy. You are eager to grow and to broaden your knowledge of other SAP products. Keywords are ESS, MSS, PA, TM, OM. Your goal is to build the next generation of solutions and you are proud of your methodological and analytical approach to do so. 

You have

A Master Degree or equivalent by experience. Think Economics, IT, Commercial, Civil or Industrial Engineering, Computer Sciences.

SAP consulting experience in the Area of HCM. Think 3 to 5 years of experience for this position. Knowledge of other SAP tools such as PS is an asset.

You are thoroughly tri-lingual: Dutch, French and English, and you reside in Belgium.
