E-Commerce Project Leader


SQLI / Wax, an international consulting and IT services company, is looking for a Senior e-Commerce Project Leader to take care of our Belgian customers.

We are sourcing for a new star in our project team of specialists, where you’ll focus on premium, international and strategic e-Commerce projects.  

You are

A pioneer, ready to convince our Belgian customers.
Ready to lead consulting missions and to assist our customers to define their e-Commerce strategy. In order to do so, you work cross-competency together with a bunch of different people, like technical experts.
A master in managing pre-sales and projects, by using Scrum and CMMI. You provide your customers with analytical and strategically information, advice on product selection, risk analysis, workload and financial date. You also manage and motivate your team to reach the project objectives
You actively develop partnerships with e-Commerce solution providers.
A natural leader. Think ‘positive personality with a great attitude’. You stand out in the crowd and you are a mentor to your team.  You are a trouble shooter and you know how to increase profitability by working smarter. 

You have

Experience!  At least 6 years of working experience, with e-commerce business expertise and functional product knowledge. You have a history of at least 3 years of project leadership responsibilities in a web/e-commerce environment, developing project plans and managing Web-based solution delivery from implementation through completion. As a project manager, you are familiar with methodologies based on Scrum and CMMI on fixed price & fixed time contracts
A combination of strong e-Commerce products and solutions knowledge and leadership skills with successful experiences in a management position.
Linguistic talent. You are a native French/English speaker and you speak thoroughly both languages. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
You are Belgian-based and ready to work in Brussels and/or Gent.
