At EoZen we strive to make the best of each of our employees’ talents. We have a number of milestones rather than a fixed career path. As people evolve and as the market requires different approaches, we innovate and adapt to new evolutions within the business environment and its related technologies, but most of all, our people discover their own talents and interests by doing!

In our company people evolve from being a Junior, taking a first step in the “business world”. We support them by a state-of-the-art training program; both on business, SAP and interpersonal skills to become a Consultant, continuously coached and mentored by our experienced seniors and experts. We use our expectation framework in parallel with our evaluation system to find out if our juniors are ready to take the next step in their career.

A Consultant is expected to work in a more independent way, knowing well the ins and outs of a functional and technical knowledge area. He/she liaises with our clients and keeps developing his/her talents and interests. At all times our experts and seniors will share their business, technical and professional knowledge and experience with our Consultants.

Our Consultants evolve to the Senior level. Senior Consultants have to lead teams, be involved in pre-sales demos and commercial proposal writings, coach juniors, … From the moment our Consultants reach the senior level, they personally define the way they want to go ahead!
